CompilerApp handles project information provided by a customer as confidential unless disclosure is required to perform the service, required by law, already public without breach, or otherwise agreed in writing.

Project deliverables

The accepted quotation or contract states ownership, licences and permitted use of project-specific deliverables. No transfer of rights occurs until the applicable payment terms are met.

Pre-existing materials

CompilerApp retains rights in its pre-existing know-how, methods, tools, templates and materials. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.
