Terms & conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026. These Terms govern services provided by Martyna Sylwia Walaszczyk, Entrepreneur individuel, trading as CompilerApp.
Scope and contract
CompilerApp supplies research and development, equipment evaluation, feasibility, experimentation, prototype and related technical services. The accepted quotation or order confirmation states the service scope, deliverables, price, assumptions, schedule and payment terms. A contract is formed when that quotation or order is accepted in writing.
Prices, taxes and payment
Website prices are stated in euros; the standard scope of each service is sold at the listed price through the order & payment page, and tailored scopes are priced by written quotation. The final amount and any VAT legally applicable are stated on the order confirmation and invoice. Unless the invoice states otherwise, a 40% deposit is due at order and confirms it; the balance is due on delivery of the agreed deliverables. The payment methods available for an order are shown at the payment step and on the invoice, together with the unique payment reference to be used. All payments are made to Martyna Sylwia Walaszczyk — EI, the operator of this website.
Delivery and customer responsibilities
Deliverables, milestones and timing are stated in the accepted quotation. The customer must provide accurate information, lawful access to any supplied equipment or materials, known hazards and relevant constraints. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
Experimental work
Research and development is exploratory. Unless expressly stated in the accepted quotation, CompilerApp does not guarantee a particular technical, commercial, safety, certification or regulatory outcome.
Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Cancellation and refund treatment is set out in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law. A customer may submit a complaint or request at contact@compilerapp.com with the quotation or invoice reference.
Confidentiality, intellectual property and liability
Project-specific confidentiality, ownership and licensing terms are stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Liability is subject to mandatory law and the agreed terms; no liability that cannot legally be excluded is excluded.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory rules.
