Information and purposes

CompilerApp processes the information a customer provides in an enquiry or quotation request, including contact details and project information, to respond to requests, prepare and perform a contract, manage invoicing and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases and recipients

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests where applicable. Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email, accounting, security or legally required processing.

Hosting and transfers

The website uses Cloudflare Pages and related Cloudflare network services. Customer project information is handled through the agreed business communication and delivery channels.

Retention and rights

Enquiry information is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law. Subject to applicable conditions, an individual may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by contacting CompilerApp. A complaint may also be made to the CNIL.

Payments

CompilerApp currently accepts bank transfers based on an invoice. It does not collect card data through this website.
