Service nature

CompilerApp provides professional services and digital deliverables, not physical goods. The accepted quotation states the scope, timing, price and payment terms for each project.

Before work begins

A customer may request cancellation before work begins. Any refund is assessed under the accepted quotation, applicable law and any expressly agreed third-party costs.

After work begins

Where a customer cancels after work has started, work performed and properly incurred project costs may remain payable where permitted by law and the accepted terms.

Completed deliverables

For delivered work, any refund request is assessed against the agreed scope, delivery evidence, applicable law and mandatory customer rights.

How to request a refund

Email contact@compilerapp.com with the quotation or invoice reference and the reason for the request. CompilerApp will respond using the contact details associated with the order.
