Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted projects

Requests must have a lawful, legitimate technical or research purpose and be compatible with the stated R&D scope.

2. Prohibited requests

• Illegal activity or assistance intended to facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Requests involving harmful, abusive, deceptive or fraudulent activity.
• Infringing use of third-party intellectual property or confidential information.
• Requests that create unreasonable safety risks or require regulated certification without the necessary authorization.
• Requests designed to evade legal, security or compliance controls.

3. Right to decline

CompilerApp may decline or stop a request where the scope is unlawful, unsafe, materially outside the stated service activity, or inconsistent with contractual obligations.
