Do you provide electrical installation or repair?
No. The services presented here are research and development, technical evaluation, experimentation and improvement work. Electrical installation, emergency repair, routine maintenance and regulated certification are outside the stated website offering.
Are the published prices fixed?
No. Prices are published as starting prices. The final amount is confirmed after scope, complexity, timing and deliverables are agreed.
Can you work on a confidential project?
Confidentiality can be agreed contractually. See the Confidentiality & IP Policy and the final project terms.
How is delivery handled?
Unless otherwise agreed, reports, findings and other agreed deliverables are delivered electronically. See the Service Delivery Policy.
Do you guarantee a prototype will work?
No. R&D and proof-of-concept work is experimental. The agreed scope will describe the objective and deliverables, but research outcomes and technical feasibility cannot be guaranteed.
